• Further market penetration of its core fluid handling tank rental business at plays across North America;
• Rolling out new products and services to existing customers to lever off existing relationships and market presence;
• Using new products and services as attractants for new customers to also adopt the core tank rental product; and
• Marketing a “bundled” approach of multiple products and services to increase revenue per job and customer loyalty.

Poseidon has been aggressively developing and rolling out new products and broadening its service offering beyond fluid handling tank rental into complete fluid management solutions. This evolution is aimed at strengthening Poseidon’s market presence and competitive momentum.

Poseidon is servicing an industry-wide, multi-year trend of increasing numbers of horizontal oil and natural gas wells at unconventional plays across North America. Our short-term goal is to establish a presence in all major North American unconventional oil and liquids-rich natural gas plays.

In conjunction with broadening our service offering and rolling out our innovative new Volcano^™ E-Z Heat tank heating system, we are continuing to lever first-mover advantages. These advantages include established relationships with customers and industry regulators, and a track record of nearly 3,000 successful and safely executed fluid handling jobs as of year-end 2012.
